HDR stands for "High Dynamic Range" it's a process were you take 3 photos of the same thing, one photo 2 f stops under, one normal and the last one 2 f stops over (lest that's how I understand it so far!) it gives a photo with a huge amount of detail in it. I'm not sure I like them, but then again I like them enough that I'm having a play around with making my own! I have downloaded a program called "photomatix pro" trial (so my images have a watermark) seems to work OK but I think I need a tripod as holding the camera for 3 photos dead still isn't easy, so there is some ghosting of edges in the photos. Anyway have a look and see what you think...

As for the weight, will today it was 129.70kg, very bad, but down from high a few days ago of 131.90kg! need to try WAY harder this week!
